She is survived by her sisters: Stephanie (Ross) Mathews, Paly '67 and Sandra (Ross) Hurlbut; and husband, Gary Pfaff

Donna was born in Palo Alto and spent the first 20 years of her life there, attending Green Gables, Jordan and Paly. She was a beautiful person who loved Hawaii, music and the color purple, and she is missed by everyone who knew her.
