Alan Lee Helgesson
                                  March 28, 1933 - July 4, 2018
                                                        Rio Vista, California
 

Alan Helgesson died on July 4, 2018 in his home in Rio Vista after suffering for several years with Parkinson's disease. He was a 1951 graduate of Palo Alto High School before going on to CalTech, Stanford, and MIT. After MIT he settled in Los Altos Hills.

His diverse life included a successful career in electrical engineering, playing tennis and soccer, dancing, and dream analysis. He will be greatly missed by his son, two daughters, three granddaughters, and one brother. 
 

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 4, 2018 from 10:00am – 12:00pm at

Bryan Braker Funeral Home, 1850 W. Texas St., Fairfield, CA.
