Currently January 16th, 2018. Current plan is to work on fixing up my sailboat for cruising. Once boat is ready I'll be sailing around the bay area for a while - then heading down to Mexico in the fall of 2018. From Mexico, I'll head out to Tahiti, sail through Micronesia, and turn North (probably) at American Samoa to head for Japan/Korea. I'll spend a year or two in Japan... then head for the Alaska. After I winter in Alaska, I'll head back down the inside passage to the West Coast and California again.

Just finishing up a divorce now after a 27 year marriage - which SUCKS!

Left Brigham Young University after 2 semesters (on academic probation) then joined the Army as a armor crewman. Spent 2 years in Amberg, Germany (K-Troop, 3/2 ACR). Came back to CA and went to Foothill for 2 years - then off to UC Santa Barbara for a year. Finally graduated with a BS in Environmental Studies from San Jose State around 1987.
