Went on to Stanford and then Columbia Law School
Practiced law in San Francisco and San Jose
Met Carol Shapiro, my second wife, in Paris on a sabbatical from my law firm in 1991
Six years later I retired and we moved to Paris for seven glorious years
Moved to New York to be closer when grandchildren became imminent
Bought a second home on Duck Cove near Wickford, Rhode Island in 2015
Enjoying New York, fixing up the Rhode Island place and playing competitive croquet up and down the eastern seaboard
